My name is Monica Jean.

I’m fifteen years old, a sophomore in high school, and I live in New England.

I like to blog, read, write, and wonder about things. If you’re into fandoms, I like Starkid, Harry Potter, Glee, and Doctor Who. I also love Disney movies. I’m really interested in the dramatic arts, both stage and screen. Acting is one of my favorite things to do, along with writing.

I created this blog last August because I felt that nerds were kind of underrepresented in the world of Tumblr.

I was looking for a place where nerds could come together and share common interests, jokes, stories, facts, and idiosyncrasies. Nerd Quirks is a compilation of all the things that make nerds so special and unique!
