Did I tell you my cat, Eloise, has a theme song?
I was listening to one of my all-time favorite musicians, Glenn Miller, the other day when I saw a song with the name Eloise in it!
I was so surprised because I picked the name Eloise for my cat purely because I loved it, but then to find out Glenn Miller wrote a song with the name Eloise in it, I was thrilled!
Anyway, I thought this was relevant, since we were talking about me being an old lady listening to old music hahaha :]
So here’s a little something to take you back to 1942!

Okay erm well, in case it isn’t, Holly Golightly and Paul Varjak from Breakfast at Tiffany’s because they are super sweet and somewhat childish and I think that’s adorable. ALSO Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers in all of their movies<3

THE NOTEBOOK. Ugh. And I love Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams, too. But everyone loves The Notebook, which is why everyone will hate me for saying this. Plus,
as is the case with most of the books I read, the book was much better than the movie.

Going to the library and finding quotes in books for each other.

But I’m pretty simple. I’m kind of a believer that you should really be able to enjoy each other’s presence regardless of what you’re doing. :]
