It’s about SOPA and PIPA, which are two bills being proposed by the US Congress to censor the internet in order to protect copyright and prevent piracy. But there are other ways to do this than censoring the internet!
If these two bills were ever passed (which, due to the overwhelming amount of protests, it probably will not be) the internet would pretty much be a barren wasteland.

And now I’m sitting here trying to figure out which of my neighbors is a Doctor Who fan.
But maybe it’s best I don’t know so I won’t break down their door and have an awesome, but very long and potentially never-ending conversation with them about it.
So I’ll admire them from afar, and try to hack into it because it’s password protected.
Just the idea of using a Wi-Fi connection named TARDIS, guys, that must be SO FAST.
Like Verizon can’t compete with the TARDIS.
